Adrija Agarwal, at the heart of Sattva Ventures, has been quietly but effectively shaping the firm’s journey since 2019. Her approach, grounded in a blend of academic rigor and practical wisdom, is reflected in her educational background with a degree in Bioengineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
In her role, Adrija focuses on thoughtful and sustainable investments, having overseen 35 ventures across diverse sectors. While she is proud of Sattva Ventures’ recognition as one of India’s top 50 family offices in 2023, she believes the true measure of success lies in the positive impact and long-term growth of the businesses they support.She considers her role not just as leading a firm, but as being a part of a larger narrative of innovation and entrepreneurship in India.
Sattva Ventures was cofounded by Shivam Agarwal in 2020.
Shivam joined the family-run Sattva Group. Since then, he’s made remarkable strides in various ventures, notably spearheading the expansion of Greenwood High International School, collaborating on a mega REIT with Blackstone, and driving growth initiatives for CoLive and Simpliwork.
Shivam Agarwal, a dynamic and multifaceted professional, holds a degree in Economics and Math from the prestigious Emory University (2019). His early career began at the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta, delving into non-profit initiatives before transitioning to Bully Pulpit Interactive, where he specialized in digital marketing for eminent political campaigns and illustrious foundations such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Zuckerberg Foundation.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Shivam is deeply passionate about Yoga and is a certified yoga teacher. He also has a keen interest in creating content and acting, showcasing his diverse talents. Currently, he is passionately working towards establishing a foundation under the Sattva Group, with a vision to create concentrated and measurable impact on significant global issues.
